Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PCP365 website and the claims management services provided by Claim 3000 Ltd (Company No. 09371796, FCA 833604), trading as PCP365. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By submitting an enquiry or signing a Letter of Authority, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

PCP365 is the trading name of Claim 3000 Ltd, a Claims Management Company (CMC) authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under reference number 833604. Registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09371796). Registered address: Unit 31, Cariocca Business Park, Hellidon Close, Ardwick, Manchester, M12 4AH. VAT No: 230852232.

The digital infrastructure and marketing platform for this website is provided by Top Offer Italia Ltd, acting as a technology service provider to Claim 3000 Ltd.

2. Our Services

We provide claims management services to individuals who may have been mis-sold a PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) or HP (Hire Purchase) car finance agreement due to undisclosed or discretionary commission arrangements between the lender and the broker or dealer.

Our services include: identifying your finance agreements, assessing your eligibility, preparing and submitting a complaint to the relevant lender, and, where appropriate, escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or FCA redress scheme on your behalf.

You do not have to use a CMC. You can complain directly to your lender and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for free. Our service is fee-bearing — see Section 6 for details.

3. Eligibility

To use our services you must:

A soft credit search (not visible to lenders) may be used to locate your finance agreements. This will not affect your credit score.

4. Letter of Authority and Your Instructions

By signing and submitting our Letter of Authority (LoA), you appoint Claim 3000 Ltd as your authorised representative to act on your behalf in relation to your car finance claim. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

You must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your claim and potential liability for costs incurred.

You may withdraw your LoA at any time — see Section 8 (Cancellation) for the financial implications of doing so after the cooling-off period.

5. Your Obligations

You agree to:

6. Fees

6.1 Our Fee

We receive a fee for introducing you to a solicitor. This does not affect any compensation you may receive.

6.2 Termination Fee

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period and we have already carried out work on your claim, a termination fee may apply at a rate of £80 + VAT per hour for work completed to that point. We will provide you with a written breakdown of work undertaken.

6.3 No Hidden Charges

There are no upfront fees. The initial eligibility check is free. Any fees will be clearly communicated before you sign the Letter of Authority.

7. The Initial Check

The free initial check involves a soft credit search to identify PCP and HP finance agreements registered against your name and address history. This check is not visible to lenders and does not affect your credit score or credit file.

8. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign your Letter of Authority. During this period you may cancel without charge by contacting us at contact@claim3000.co.uk.

After the 14-day period, you may still cancel at any time, but if we have performed work on your claim a termination fee (see Section 6.2) may apply. We will not commence substantive work during the 14-day period without your express consent.

9. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us in the first instance:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and issue a final response within 8 weeks. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) at legalombudsman.org.uk or the Financial Ombudsman Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our services. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim. Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid to us under these terms. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the PCP365 website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Claim 3000 Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
